My Journey with Holistic Yoga
In bustling London I dove headfirst into my career, driven by ambition and determination. Yet, without knowing how to set boundaries or prioritise my wellbeing, I soon found myself burnt out. Through the haze of exhaustion, I stumbled upon mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, and my world was forever changed.
After years of dedicated practice, I got certified as a Yoga Teacher (200h) from Sattva Academy in Rishikesh, India, in 2023. Now, I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of holistic yoga. Like Sadhguru says, this stuff works! Actually, don’t take anyone’s word for it – experience it for yourself!

Yogic Practices you can experience with me
For thousands of years, yoga has been revered as a profound path to inner transformation. But what is Yoga? A comprehensive system of ancient technologies that harmonise the mind, spirit, and body.
Rooted in the sacred traditions of Kundalini and Kriya, Sattva Yoga gives us powerful tools to navigate life’s challenges and unlock our innate wisdom.

Meditation
Meditation helps us focus and calm the ”monkey” mind, deepening the space between thoughts. In this gap we find peace, flow, wisdom, creativity and intuition. I am passionate about sharing with you a wide range of meditation techniques, so you can experience them for yourself and choose the ones that work best for you. From mindfulness meditation, to transcendental meditation, to dynamic meditation – there is a meditation for everyone!

Pranayama
The breath is the link between the body, mind and spirit. Working with the breath in a conscious way, we can anchor ourselves in the present moment and calm the mind. Pranayama practices involve specific breathing techniques designed to balance and enhance the flow of prana (life force). Through mindful breathing practices, you can tap into your vital energy to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner peace.

Kriya
Which means ”action that leads us to evolution, expansion and liberation”. These practices are aimed at awakening the dormant spiritual energy (kundalini) within you, leading to states of higher consciousness and union with the divine.

Asana
Physical postures, either done in a slow sequence (hatha) or in a faster flow like manner (vinyasa) which help build awareness of the body, breath, and energy, also toning the body and preparing it for longer seated meditations.

Mantra & Sound
Working with the expansive energy of the electromagnetic field of the heart.
