My Story

From burnout to fulfilment
My story begins with a relentless pursuit of success in bustling London, marked by hard work and career achievements in the advertising and tech industry. However, this path led to burnout, revealing a vital truth;

inner fulfilment isn’t necessarily found in outward success.
Following my burnout, I dedicated my time to self-development and inner exploration. Wellbeing and self development classes, retreats, courses, workshops – I said yes to countless opportunities that came my way promising more clarity, balance, and personal power. I discovered the healing power of yoga, breathwork and meditation in making me feel more grounded, calm and resilient. I found my joy and authentic self expression. I experienced increased self awareness and empowerment through Consciousness Coaching®. These tools became part of my lifestyle and my own personal practice.
From personal growth to being in service of the Whole
Fast forward a decade and several experiences of spiritual awakening, I experienced a shift in my consciousness. I knew it was no longer only about me and my wellbeing and development, and that it was time to start sharing these precious tools and practices with others, so they can benefit too.

This experience shaped a mission
To inspire and support others to look within themselves and become more self-aware, so that they too could create a life of joy and purpose both personally and professionally. This is how ŚAKTI was born.
From East to West
My personal frequency is one of playfulness, enthusiasm, positivity and action. This is the energy that I bring to my clients, whether in coaching, yoga or retreats. I feel most inspired by the culture, wisdom, knowledge and teachings of the East, particularly India.
ŚAKTI (pronounced shakti) is a sanskrit word that means potential, power, energy, and also possibility. It is an anchor to remind us of the potential we each hold, it inspires us to grow, expand and rise beyond current circumstances. The inspiration came during my trip to India in spring 2024. I decided to honour it and use it as name for the brand I work under, and anchor for the reason why I do what I do.
